1. About us. CareerKitLab sells downloadable digital templates and documents ("Products"). Contact: support@careerkitlab.com

2. License. When you buy a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal use. You may edit the files to fit your needs. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the original or modified files as templates, and you may not claim them as your own design.

3. Delivery. Products are delivered electronically by email and via a download link after payment is confirmed. Please check your spam folder. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

4. No guarantees of outcome. Our resume and document templates are tools only. We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or compliance with any specific employer's or applicant tracking system's requirements.

5. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

6. Intellectual property. All content, designs, and files remain the property of CareerKitLab or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies.
