Refund policy

Digital products – all sales are final once delivered

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase, we cannot accept returns once a download link has been delivered or accessed.

We will gladly help or refund you if:

• the file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is materially different from its description;
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.

To request help, email support@careerkitlab.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
